Important Information
Visitation Hours: 5:00 PM – 11:45 PM
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Talbot Hall is a residence hall for women only.
Housing Deposit: $500
-
$100 is non-refundable.

The remaining $400 is refundable upon proper move-out, subject to room inspection and any assessed damages beyond normal wear and tear.

The $500 housing deposit is required to be added to the Talbot Hall housing list.

A preferred room choice is not considered secured until either the full semester payment or the first month’s housing payment has been received and confirmed.

Preferred room assignments remain tentative until required payments are completed.
Lockouts & Keys

Lockout fee: $25 per incident
-
Lost key replacement: $75
-
Keys may not be duplicated or shared
Cancellation Policy Summary
Within 7 calendar days of submitting the housing agreement:

$100 non-refundable processing fee retained
-
Remaining $400 refunded
-
First month (if paid) refunded
After 7 calendar days, once a specific room number has been issued and removed from availability:

The full $500 deposit is forfeited
-
The first month's payment is also forfeited
-
No exceptions unless institutional withdrawal or documented medical withdrawal
IMPORTANT: HOUSING CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

$500 Housing Deposit Required

Deposit must be paid to be placed on the housing list.

A preferred room is not secured until full payment or first month payment is received.

If you cancel within 7 days of applying, you may receive a partial refund (minus $100).

Once a room is assigned, the full deposit is forfeited.

After move-in or key issuance, the deposit and first month payment are forfeited.

Housing charges are not prorated.

Due to limited housing availability, these policies are strictly enforced.
